Postage policy

We use the registered service through Australia Post for local and International orders. At any time, please email us for your tacking number so we can trace your order.
*Please note that any international orders over 1.5kg do not allow for the registered option.

If you would prefer Fed Ex or another carrier, please email us and we can offer you alternative quotes on your order. If you forward your courier account details, we are also happy to arrange delivery and credit you the standard freight charges automatically added to your sale.

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.


Returns Policy

Quality is important to us.

We will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects with Studio Periscope written permission.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery.

Only orders placed via our online store can be returned to head office. To return an item to us, simply pack your item and invoice into a padded envelope or box and please send your parcel back to us by registered mail to:
